The NBPA maintains a uniformed Parking Services force to provide an adequate level of security in its facilities.
NBPA Parking Services officers also patrol the downtown area and are "downtown ambassadors" providing information or directions and serving as the eyes and ears of the police.
Persons requiring assistance either in an NBPA facility or in the downtown can contact a NBPA Parking Services officer.
Officers are equipped with radios and assist with vehicle problems within NBPA facilities and, if necessary, will contact emergency assistance.
